Ethiopia is situated on the coast of the Red Sea, where the mighty Rift Valley divides the Indian and the Mediterranean Sea. This coastal plain has an abundance of natural and man-made wonders, which has earned Ethiopia the reputation of one of the most beautiful and diverse countries in Africa. Ethiopia is a diverse country; the geography, culture, and food, reflect this diversity. If you are visiting East Africa, you will surely enjoy your trip to this African country that is rich in cultural heritage, tradition, natural bounty, and great food. The dishes are unique, with an extensive range of regional variations, but all with strong African roots.

The best way to sample different types of dishes is to go on a street market and try them out at different stages of the season. As the market is open all day long, it allows you the opportunity to taste and observe the dishes in their original glory. It also allows you to try out some of the local delicacies that are not served elsewhere in the city. Some of the popular dishes include Hausa Coffee, Garam Masala, and Sidra Aabeen.

One of the most popular dishes in Ethiopia is Sidra Aabeen, or Red Sea coffee. This dish is prepared using masqueraded coffee beans that are then deep-fried and served cold. It is a very strong flavored coffee that is consumed hot or at room temperature, and you have to be careful not to overindulge.

As for breakfast, there is nothing better than injera, which is unleavened bread baked on an iron skillet. The injera is complemented with curried vegetables, and its texture is similar to that of cracked barley. Sidra is another favorite dish; this dish is made from black beans and is complemented with injera and spicy pimento cheese. There is a variety of other foods from Ethiopia that are available.

Ethiopia is a landlocked country in the Middle East that borders the Mediterranean. There are several things that you can do while you are in the country. For instance, you can visit the Atar, which manufactures traditional costumes, traditional handicrafts, and other fine items from this region of the world. You can also experience the traditional dance and music of this country. And, if you are into hiking, consider visiting Erg Chebbi, which is the oldest mountain climbing resort in the world.

When you are in Ethiopia, you will find that the fare varies depending on the region of the country that you are staying in. For instance, if you are staying in the Rift Valley, you will find dishes that are rich in milk and honey. The Garam Masala is a dish that is mainly vegetarian that is made using rice and various spices. You will also find the colorful and aromatic injera, which is used to make traditional desserts such as when dessert is involved.

If you are a big fan of coffee, then consider stopping at Mombasa. It is here that you can find some of the best coffee in the world. In addition, there are a variety of other local dishes and beverages. These include delicious traditional beverages including delete, tea, Jessa, and so forth.

While you are in this country, you should also consider taking a trek to the highlands of the country. These mountains are home to animals and birds that are unique and few other places in the world can provide you with this type of scenery. Some of the animals that you can view up in the highlands include ostriches, zebra, and giraffes. This area of the world is also an important habitat for many of the threatened animal species that are found in Ethiopia.
