Summer is almost here, and finally, it’s beginning to meet up with loved ones and friends again. That means only one thing, it’s time to ditch your heavy, sweaty, oversized, unwashed, and outdated junior high school graduation outfit and step out in style. Your junior high school fashion wardrobe was neglected just for far too long, and it’s high time that it takes that big jump. Summer isn’t about turning your body into a fitness model or having plastic surgery to look like one – it’s about having fun in the sun in your own skin. Let your true personality shine through – let your hair down, rock your face and start looking fabulous.
Get your groove on by ditching those old, tired sweatpants and stepping away from your usual formal pants and top. A lot of juniors are wearing sweatpants to a summer retreat. Summer gives us a chance to loosen up and not worry about our looks so we can have fun instead. Let your true personality shine through. Let your sweatpants do the talking – after all, they’re what got you here in the first place, aren’t they?
Look in the mirror: Are your clothes wrinkled and old? Do you have more than two pairs of clothes stacked up in your closet? If you answer yes to any of these questions, it’s time to get serious about de-cluttering your wardrobe and getting yourself back into shape. Ditch your sweatpants and t-shirts, along with the rest of your old wardrobe and turn it into something fun and exciting; get a stylish new shirt dress and some funky pumps or even a pair of skinny jeans!
